I just received my Exquis today and was looking over the app and the unit itself. When I pressed the settings button on the controller, in the app it brought up some settings that I could adjust. One of those settings was luminosity. I turned the luminosity all the way up and it got bright. I left it turned all the way up and after about a minute the device shut down and I got an error message on my macbook saying USB disabled. Please unplug and replug in the device. When I do this it turns on for a split second and then USB is disabled and the device is shut off. I don’t even have enough time to press the settings button to turn down the luminosity. I tried updating the firmware again to see if it would reset that setting, but it didn’t work. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thank you.
Hello,
Indeed, try to lower the luminosity, it seems that it draws too much power from your computer. Try plugging Exquis while clicking on 2nd encoder, it resets to Factory settings
Thank you for your response. I actually did try that method and it worked. I am curious though, I plan to use this controller mainly with my Eurorack synth system. Are there any voltage limitations on the device itself and can I set the midi channel it operates on in the app?
You can find the info on the information sheet in the box

And the MIDI channel is to be set this way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9bFQHqrWrI&list=PLnvLel2joypgRDxQPi5UHKoPdf9m7CMyD&index=1&t=198s
