[Wavesquencer]

Hyperion synth (multi-layer modular) - supports MPE with up to 16 layers of MPE patches - each able to respond differently to MPE parameters.
This is the synth I develop, so naturally I’d like to bring it to your attention, but it’s also just really great fun with the Exquis or Osmose.
It has some nice facilities built in for adjusting response curves and per layer slew filters for pitch bend, y-axis and pressure controls - so you can fine tune how things respond on each layer, with each modular layer having its own custom pitch bend range and key-zones, so you can set up pads that don’t have bend on the lower part of the controller, and lead sounds with bending on the upper part for example. Possible d’ajouter dans les payants (mais vraiment pas cher) Synthmaster 3 ?
C’est un synthé virtuel hybride et modulaire très complet et moins cher que la concurrence. Il supporte les controleurs mpe, il faut aller dans les settings midi du plug-in pour choisir mpe.
16 layers avec pour chacun 16 osc (basique, sample, multi-sample, granulaire, wavetable, virtual analogue, vectoriel, modulateur pour FM/PM/AM/RM), 16 modifiers (quantités de filtres dont ceux pour la modélisation physique, waveshaper), 32 modulateurs, 6 effets + 2 bus d’effets parralèles pour le tout.
Il est puissant mais parait étrangement peu connu malgré un test élogieux (9/10) sur audiofanzine.

Modus and Preparation 2 by Physical Audio. Both have exceptional sound characteristics in the overtone spectra.

Physical Audio – Next-generation sound synthesis

Their latest instrument is Tetrad, but I must admit that I haven’t found a particular good sound out of it yet. But Modus and Preparation 2 I can fully recommend.
