Routing midi keyboard through Exquis midi-in

So, i have the Exquis Midi-out connected to an Oxi one,
while the Midi-in is connected to an NI Komplete Kontrol Midi keyboard.
My plan is to have the Exquis & Midi keyboard control the Oxi-one.
But no matter how i set it up, the Exquis won´t accept commands from the Keyboard
Is my Exqui´s Midi-in broken? or even working as such?
Everything configured to Channel 1 … What am i doing wrong?

Hello,
MIDI through is not configured on Exquis (MIDI IN plug only works for clock and to show notes)

Is this on a Firmwarelevel, or Hardware restricted?
Why not call it clock-in or sync then?
This means, i need to get a midimerger
