Pitch bend before a note sounds

Hi, is it possible, by inclining a key and only then pressing it, to change the note’s frequency before it starts to play? So, there would be no audible frequency change. Even at the cost of losing a part of the Z axis.

For example, press a key inclined to the right from the start so that the note is a semitone higher from the very beginning. Or half-inclined to the left to make the note approx. a quarter-tone lower also from the very beginning.
