Need help determining how duties/taxes etc. are collected

I’m in the U.S.
I want to buy an Exquis.
But it says I am responsible for duties/taxes/etc.
What exactly is it that I have to do? Who do I pay? How do I pay?
How much can I expect to pay (ball park)?

For the US, the price of the Exquis is too low so you won’t need to pay duties when the parcel enters the country
