I have purchased an exquis, updated the firmware, and installed the app. I cannot get the app to run. Ive tried running it in compatability mode, uninstalling and reinstalling. The app begins to start up and than simply force closes before the gui even comes up. The device is severly crippled by my inability to use the app. I love using it, but… I cant even adjust my key sensitivity. I’m using a practically fresh install of windows…
Hello, which windows version are you using?
You might need to install specific Windows packages (not always included in your Windows but necessary for many apps)
(they will be included in the next app installer soon)
I have the same problem. Already contacted support and after 5 months i am still waiting for Bruno from support without any result. Now i installed version Exquis_2.1.4 and now it is worse. MSVCP140.dll is missing but can also not be installed because it is not supported anymore. VCRUNTIME140D.dll missing, VCRUNTIME140_1D.dll missing, ucrtbased.dll missing. No thanks to Bruno from support for doing nothing. My Exquis app is already not functioning since April 2025.

This version did not change anything. It was the same file with the same number by the way from the date 4.9.25. All the files as bevor are missing.
