I would like to be able to have the arp set to 1/4, but play on the off beat. Currently the arp is forced to start on beat even with quantize turned off.

Good idea, we will look into it, maybe indeed it would be best if the arpeggio launches when we want (or maybe that we give the choice)

Yes. Non-quantized or quantized to a specific value, dotted note, or triplet would be excellent!
